![]() | Courtney A. Hunt, MD FACOGCo-Founder and CMODr. Hunt conceived of the idea for Patient Education Systems and provides clinical oversight and contributes educational content to the Company. She serves as Chief Medical Officer.
Dr. Hunt attended the University of California at Berkeley for her undergraduate studies, and continued her education at Loyola School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at UCLA where she served as Chief Resident. She has special interests in alternatives to hysterectomy, high-risk obstetrical care, minimally invasive procedures and is certified in Essure permanent birth control, endometrial ablations, and laparoscopy. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Hunt was recently voted a top Physician in Phoenix. |

Fullinwider, Vice PresidentFinance and OperationsMr. Fullinwider is an executive with 25 years of broad financial management and internal business development experience spanning multiple business environments and industries, particularly multi-unit retail. He is a practical and results oriented leader recognized for establishing high performing organizations and reliably driving start-ups and high growth businesses with scalable, efficient and innovative business infrastructure and solutions.
From 2004 to 2010, Mr. Fullinwider served as a partner with Tango, a private equity firm in Boulder, Colorado. As a member of the investment committee, he was responsible for a variety of business development, support & oversight activities for various portfolio companies and also drove the design, development and deployment of certain elements of Tango's "re-usable" business infrastructure. Contemporaneously with this position, he was an officer with Latin American Realty Holdings, the parent company of a Mexico based real estate management and development company focused on power centers and large malls. He was responsible for all structuring, formation and start-up efforts, the infrastructure build, development of all operating policies & procedures (including real estate operations), overall corporate planning, performance, execution & compliance, and traditional finance, accounting, legal and administrative functions.
Prior to that Mr. Fullinwider was a private investor and business consultant (1998 - 2004), the Chief Operating Officer (Business and Information Services) at Boston Chicken, Inc. (1992 -1997), the Assistant to the Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer & Director of Accounting at Blockbuster Entertainment Corp (1989 - 1992) and Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co (1980 - 1989)

![]() | Ed Hills, Vice PresidentSalesMr. Hills has spent 29 years working in the medical/surgical industry in various sales, marketing, and management positions. The past 24 years have been spent working in the OB/GYN and Urology specialties. He was with Bard Urological for 18 years, working as a Sales Territory Manager and Senior Sales Trainer and was awarded various Sales awards including Rep of the Year, Sales and Top Performer awards and multiple Marketing Achievement Awards.
Mr. Hills helped launch the revolutionary NovaSure ablation technology in south Florida, working for NovaCept Inc., which was later purchased by Hologic. He then spent 3 years as a Regional Manager at Conceptus Inc. for the Southeast Region.
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Mr. Hills graduated from St. Thomas University with a BS in Business Management, where he participated in 4 years of NCAA Division II basketball. |
![]() | George Morgan, Vice PresidentStrategic Partners and Customer CareMr. Morgan has spent over 30 years in hospital sales and management with a variety of healthcare companies. Beginning his career with Baxter Travenol in 1976, Mr. Morgan was promoted to numerous positions including Director, National Accounts in 1988.
In 1990, Mr. Morgan left Baxter to join Pyxis Corporation as one of their first two Area Vice Presidents. He was promoted to Vice President of Sales Operations in 1994, and later to Corporate VP of Sales in 1995. During that time, Pyxis was recognized by “Inc. Magazine” as the fastest growing company in the United States. In 1996 Pyxis was acquired by Cardinal Health for $1 billion. When Mr. Morgan left Pyxis in 1999, annual sales had grown to over $220 million.
Mr. Morgan spent three years in healthcare consulting to a variety of early stage companies and joined Intellidot Corporation as their first National Sales Manager in 2003. Over the next six years, he helped sell and deploy Intellidot patient safety technology into 93 hospitals nationwide. As Vice President of Corporate and National Accounts, he negotiated exclusive contracts with Novation, Premier, Inc., Amerinet, Consorta, and MedAssets and Health Management Associates (HMA).
A native of Mobile, Alabama, Mr. Morgan is a Phi Kappa Phi and Kappa Tau Alpha Honor Graduate of Oklahoma State University. He completed Advanced Sales Management Training from the University of Virginia’s Colgate-Darden Graduate School of Business in 1989. |
